Sometimes when tidying up my bookshelves I find stuff from way back in time, which can be added to my trove as free digital resources. In August 2026, I “found” an insert from a 1998 publication of the magazine Sci-Fi & Fantasy Modeller, comprising four sheets of Sci-Fi signs/decals for your custom scenery/modelling projects. The sheets contain hazard strips, warning signs, guages, directional signs, numerals and equipment labels.

The quality of paper on which they were printed was evidently not the best, because there was a significant amount of “bleed-through” from the reverse side of the pages; but fortunately it was not too difficult to digitally clean that up to give a reasonable quality white background. The sheets were scanned at 400 DPI, and a moire removal filter applied before storing as JPG format.
